SIMONA is dedicated in particular to the pipes and fittings market in seawater desalination plants that use the reverse osmosis principle.
Many plants are usually made of high-quality stainless steel. However, acid or saline water limits the life of such piping. Thermoplastics from SIMONA live longer. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance, a long service life of up to 100 years, very smooth interior surfaces to prevent incrustation and high resistance to saline water, they also offer high resistance to a very wide range of chemicals.

SIMONA® PP-H AlphaPlus® prevents corrosion and is resistant to many chemicals. Thanks to the very high distillate quality, the material is ideally suited for the treatment of drinking water.
